Q.What is check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 12:00 afternoon.
Q.Can I have my luggage kept at the hotel before/after check-in and check-out?
Yes, luggage can be kept at the Bell Captain Desk before check-in and after check-out.
Q.Can I send luggage to the hotel in advance?
Yes, luggage that arrives beforehand will be held at the front desk.
Q.Can I send luggage from the hotel?
Yes, Luggage Transport Service is available at the Bell Captain Desk.
Please deposit your luggage with us before 11:00AM. *Collection is once a day in the morning.
Q.Is there a fitness club? or sauna?
We have partnership with Central Fitness Club at the next building and you can purchase a visitor ticket at the front desk. (Example of facilities: Training gym, 25m Pool, Steam sauna etc.)
Q.Is there an Onsen?
No Onsen at our hotel. Please use the bath in your room.
Q.Is there any laundry service or laundromat?
Laundry service is available at our hotel but unfortunately we do not have a laundromat in our hotel. There is a laundromat outside our hotel and it takes a few minutes on foot from our hotel.
Q.Is there a parking lot?
There is a parking lot in the basement of the hotel. Reservation is not needed. Please come to the main entrance and the doorman will lead you the parking lot.
Q.What time is the breakfast served?
Service hours is 7:00-10:00 (Last order 9:30)
Q.Are there connecting rooms?
Some of the rooms can be used as connecting rooms. The number of connecting rooms is limited, please contact us in advance.
Q.Is there a concierge service?
There is a concierge desk in the lobby on the first floor.
Q.Can I exchange foreign currency?
There is a foreign currency exchange machine at the lobby.
